First off, I had the best experience with this company! Prior to ordering from Ann Lauren, I ran into some issues with a different doll company & I was so dissapointed so close to Christmas! I stumbled across Ann Lauren & immediately ordered a doll. The next day I received a call from Ann Lauren wanting to reach out to verify my order because it was so close to Christmas & she wanted to be sure I had ordered what I wanted. She sent over live pictures of her dolls, we exchanged text & phone calls until I was 100% happy with my purchase. This took place on a Saturday & I recieved my order on Tuesday. If I could give this company a 10, I would! I will most definitely be ordering from Ann Lauren, again & again!
